HVAC Quarterly Ozone Shock Treatment Service price: 1st HVAC Ozone Shock Treatment is the price shown above, 2nd treatment is 50% off above price, 3rd and all subsequent treatments will receive a 45% discount on above price.
For some odors (like animal urine, or strong smells in isolated areas), a spot treatment is required using a liquid Enzyme deodorizer called OdoBan or C20. This treatment requires an additional day to allow the liquid deodorizer to penetrate the area and fully dry before ozone shock treatment. $100.00
* You and your family, pets and plants will need to be prepared to leave your home until the treatment has finished, because we cannot safely employ Ozone shock treatment in an occupied structure, unless treatment is restricted to just one room. During an airing out period following ozone treatment, excess ozone reverts back to safe, breathable oxygen in approximately 30 minutes, posing no health risk and leaving no residue.
